Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave, stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, have been married for thirteen years. However, their union has faced turbulence due to allegations of infidelity by both parties. According to Page Six’s sources, a woman named Missy was involved in an extramarital affair with Arroyave from 2015 to 2016. It is said that this relationship lasted anywhere between half a year and a full year.

Different reports suggest that Missy was considered Mellencamp’s closest friend by some, while others indicate minimal interaction between the two women. It has also been reported that during this period, Arroyave was contemplating a separation from Mellencamp, but the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star urged Arroyave to work on saving their relationship instead. After all the commotion, Arroyave publicly declared his commitment to his wife and children once more. The couple has a 12-year-old daughter named Slate, a 10-year-old son Cruz, and a 4-year-old daughter named Dove.

In 2016, while preparing for her initial gathering with the RHOBH cast, Mellencamp discovered about the affair. Later on, she became part of the 8th season of the series, which was broadcasted in 2018.

At the beginning of November, the celebrity chose to end their marriage by filing for divorce, which they subsequently shared on Instagram with the words, “After much thought and deliberation, I’ve decided to take the challenging step of filing for a divorce.

She stressed, “My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter.” She continued the post, asking for privacy and stating that she intends to have exclusive custody of their three children.

The situation deteriorated further when it was revealed that Mellencamp was involved in an affair with someone else. Interestingly, she had filed for divorce only a couple of weeks earlier following media reports about her relationship with married horse trainer Simon Schroeder, as previously mentioned.

Schroeder has two kids with his wife Karli Postel, but it’s said their romantic involvement with the reality star started in May. When Postel, as reported by Daily Mail, discovered that her husband was not only physically involved with Teddi Mellencamp, but also emotionally, she decided to inform Arroyave about it.
