As a die-hard fan of “The Office“, I’m thrilled to share that a new series, dubbed “The Paper”, is all set to premiere on September 4th, exclusively on Peacock! This fresh take is brought to us by the same fictional documentary crew who once captured our hearts with their depiction of the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin. Now, they’ve turned their lenses towards a struggling newspaper in the Midwest, promising a riveting mockumentary that I simply can’t wait to dive into!

New Setting, Familiar Style
As a devoted follower, I find myself embarking on an exciting journey from Scranton to Toledo, Ohio, where I’ll be documenting the rebirth of the storied local newspaper, the Toledo Truth-Teller. In this new series, I join a dedicated publisher who is determined to breathe life back into the paper by assembling a team of volunteer journalists. Here’s to an exhilarating adventure!
The series begins on September 4, airing its first four installments. Then, two fresh episodes will be aired every Thursday, continuing until September 25.

Behind the Scenes
As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that this extraordinary production hails from the creative minds of Greg Daniels, known for his genius behind “The Office,” and Michael Koman, who co-created the hilarious “Nathan for You.” Both are not just writers but also serve as executive producers. The project also boasts a stellar lineup of talented individuals from “The Office” alums such as Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, and Ben Silverman. Additionally, Banijay Americas and Universal Television are on board to bring this production to life.
Cast and Guest Stars
In my latest review, I’m diving into a captivating series that boasts an impressive ensemble cast. Among the stellar lineup are Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and Oscar Nuñez. Each of these talented actors brings their A-game to the screen, making this a must-watch for any TV enthusiast.
Featured actors are Eric Rahill, Tracy Letts, Molly Ephraim, Mo Welch, Allan Havey, Duane Shepard Sr., Nate Jackson, and Nancy Lenehan.
