In that series, he portrayed Opie, a member of SAMCRO and close friend to Jax Teller, who tragically met his end in season five. Subsequently, he appeared as the antagonist Beta during The Walking Dead’s Whisperer storyline in seasons nine and ten.

The movie adaptation of “The Odyssey” is currently being made, featuring a star-studded cast that includes Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Mia Goth, Elliot Page, Ryan Hurst’s fellow actor from “The Walking Dead”, Samantha Morton, Benny Safdie, and Cosmo Jarvis. Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, and Jon Bernthal are also part of the cast, although it should be noted that Bernthal’s character died before Alpha and Beta were introduced in “The Walking Dead”.
