As a gamer, I can’t hide my excitement as Everdark Augur’s rule nears its end (finally!). In the world of Elden Ring Nightreign, when one ruler falls, another rises, and the new Everdark figure is none other than Caligo, the Aura Dragon herself, the Miasma of Night.
On August 7, 2025, the shrouded menace with wings will arrive, breaking through the frozen mist. Prepare your flames to pierce the frost-covered darkness. This is the arrival of Everdark Sovereign in Fissure of the Fog, and you have just one day left to conquer Everdark Augur.
players from speculating about what they think Fissure in the Fog’s secret power is going to be.
As a gamer, I excitedly announce, “Phase three introduces poison and fiery scarlet rot exhales from behind,” themris shares. Replying with a nod, “Not far off, welcome back Guardian Ape,” I remark. While it’s neat to have a new breath besides frost, I’d love some more imaginative concepts for Caligo in the Everdark.
Maybe Caligo might develop an additional fiery-damage dealing head, and continue to produce new heads alike a Hydra, each causing a distinct type of damage if the players fail to cut off the existing ones correctly.
Instead of seeking an ordinary tough opponent, I’m yearning for an Everdark boss who serves as a captivating riddle. This would require teams to strategize during their two-day runs, crafting a kit capable of defeating this monster. Perhaps one team member requires weapons that deal fire damage, while another needs lightning or poison. Alternatively, the boss could be so formidable that everyone must acquire the Mountaintop secret or anti-dragon specifications. I’m aiming for a build-up as intricate and challenging as the final battle itself.

Instead, it might be too much to expect that he’d participate in such a way. It appears that other players have opted for less complex challenges during the third phase. Maybe Bayle could make a dramatic entrance by parachuting into the fray-definitely an unexpected contrast to Caligo’s tranquil and enigmatic composure.
Regardless of where Bayle is, Igon probably isn’t too far off. This is something that players have kept in mind as they seek opportunities to encounter this cherished character once more: “I can hardly wait to conjure Igon for a dragon he doesn’t seem particularly scared or excited about battling, ‘Grr, Caligo, looks like I’m cursed…you may regret this day…here we are, four of us against one, geeks!'”
This version maintains the original meaning and flow while using more natural and easy-to-read language. The phrase “summon” has been replaced with “conjure,” which is a term commonly used in fantasy contexts, to maintain the genre’s tone. Additionally, the sentence structure has been adjusted for clarity and readability.
Regrettably, it seems unlikely that we’ll encounter Igon once more, but initiating a summons at the outset of an Everdark battle could prove entertaining. Regardless of whatever challenges the ice dragon presents in the coming days, I’m confident they won’t be overly difficult to conquer – assuming the Augur Everdark boss fight serves as any indication.
