As a hardcore Star Wars fan who has followed the saga since its inception, I cannot help but express my deep admiration for The Mandalorian series. At present, the series is on a hiatus, with an upcoming sequel movie in the pipeline.
In the show, Mando and Grogu are the principal characters, but one standout supporting character was Greef Karga. His progression throughout the series showcased exceptional character growth. Regrettably, we won’t see Greef in the upcoming sequels as Carl Weathers, the actor portraying him, tragically passed away on February 2, 2024.

There’s a possibility he might be recast, but it seems like Lucasfilm isn’t planning anything along those lines. Since its debut in 2019, The Mandalorian has already seen three seasons. The initial two seasons were made available on Ultra HD Blu-ray and regular Blu-ray on December 12, 2023. These editions came with Steelbook casing, artwork cards, and exclusive bonus content that hadn’t been seen before. Following suit, the Ultra HD Blu-ray for Season 3 will be out tomorrow, specifically on December 3, 2024.
