Ridge confronts Nick about his visit

At Forrester Creations, Ridge finds Nick unexpectedly present and asks about his sudden appearance in LA. Nick mentions he yearned for the California sunlight. It turns out that they were merely reminiscing and discussing Jack’s business endeavors at Forrester International.

Nick expresses his delight over Ridge getting back together with Taylor, hinting at an upcoming wedding. However, Ridge seems agitated and demands clarification on Nick’s true intentions for being there. Nick sidesteps the question and instead redirects the conversation towards Ridge’s romantic situation.

Steffy shares her fears with Taylor

At the seacliff residence, Steffy shares with Taylor that the kids are thriving and having a blast at the beach house. They both express thanks for Liam’s and Electra’s support, as she’s been assisting with the children. Nevertheless, Steffy swiftly steers the discussion towards her persistent worry regarding little Luna.

Steffy admits she’s finding it hard to come to terms with Liam’s impending death, feeling emotionally drained as a result. Concerning Luna, Steffy frets about her fixation on the family, particularly Finn, fearing that Luna might pose a threat. She is resolute in safeguarding her children from both Luna and Sheila, with Taylor echoing her concerns, cautioning that the stress could negatively impact Steffy. Reflecting on past incidents involving Luna and Hayes, Steffy is resolved to keep Luna at a distance from him.

Luna gets close to Hayes at the Beach School

At the seaside learning facility, Luna observes children at play. When Hayes lingers to retrieve an item, Luna moves closer to him and extends a handmade origami crane. Hayes accepts it, heading back indoors while Luna’s expression grows somber.

Afterward, Hayes displays his origami to his teacher who appreciates it. Later, Electra comes to get him, and Hayes shares with her about the ‘kind woman’ who presented it to him. At home, Taylor and Steffy are taken aback when Hayes mentions that the crane was a school acquaintance’s gift.

At the seaside learning institution, Luna encounters Hayes’ educator once more, who is taken aback by her origami skills. The instructor extends an invitation for her to come back as a visiting artist. Luna identifies herself as ‘Sunshine’ and consents to revisit. As the teacher starts to share this news with the students, Luna feels content with the fresh bond she’s made, smiling internally.
