The Bold and the Beautiful May 22 Episode Recap: Daphne Rose is Shell-Shocked With Hope’s Return to Office

In the latest installment of The Bold and the Beautiful, Daphne Rose finds herself taken aback and puzzled as Hope reappears in the office. Daphne muses internally that at one time Hope was a fierce adversary to Steffy, but now she has extended an invitation for Steffy to be part of her inner circle, which leaves Daphne perplexed.

Additionally, Rose believed that Hope might be falling for another person. While unloading her feelings of insecurity onto Zende, it turns out that he too is bewildered by the circumstances.

Instead, Hope and Carter share a deep talk, vowing to let bygones be bygones regarding their past. Hope then gives Carter a tender goodbye kiss before heading off to Forrester Creations. Carter summons Daphne instead.

Later on, she walks in and expresses remorse to Carter about breaking his heart. She comforts him by saying that he will experience love again. Being an open-hearted person like Daphne, Carter reveals to Rosie that he’s fallen in love, but it isn’t with her.

While Katie encounters Ridge at their main office, she attempts to persuade him to be with Brook, although she’s aware he’s with Taylor. Katie brings up the past moments they shared with his sister. Yet, Ridge urges her to halt and makes it clear that he wants to stay with Taylor.

Instead, Taylor and Brooke engage in a confrontation. Each recounts their experiences with Ridge, hoping to provoke feelings of jealousy in the other. Brooke continued to taunt Taylor about her encounters with Ridge on the catwalk. Despite a brief connection, their relationship did not progress any further.
