In today’s installment of The Bold and the Beautiful, broadcasted on February 17, the storyline brimmed with tension and excitement. Carter (played by Lawrence Saint-Victor) wrestled with doubts about his control over Forrester Creations, considering walking away from the company and making amends with Ridge.
Brooke has been attempting to charm Carter, secretly aiming to regain control of Forrester Creations from Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and rekindle their relationship. Her schemes appeared effective, as Carter began to waver and even argued fiercely with Hope about the situation.
The scene resumes from where it ended last time. Ridge shows up at Carter’s workplace to discuss matters. At first, Ridge aims for a calm discussion, but the talk soon gets heated, leading Ridge to hurl harsh words at Hope.
Though Carter feels guilty about the acquisition, he keeps his cool and firmly counters Ridge’s criticisms. This only serves to heighten the animosity brewing between Ridge and Carter.
ridge’s unexpected arrival ignites a fierce disagreement, which in turn weakens his prospects for regaining control of his company. Will Carter continue to harbor remorse over seizing Forrester Creations following Ridge’s actions?
While examining Brooke’s intentions, Taylor and Steffy come to understand that Brooke isn’t making a move to reclaim Forrester Creations from altruism, instead she harbors secret objectives.
It appears they believe that Brooke’s strong longing for Ridge is causing her to strategically persuade Carter to either undermine or give up control of the company. Her charisma and emotional power seem to be key factors in influencing him.
Initially, Steffy tried a similar strategy involving Daphne, but when this approach didn’t work out, she decided to call it off. In the meantime, Hope found herself devastated following her heated dispute with Carter. She was taken aback by his unexpected change of mind about the company and felt deceived.
