In March 2026, Paramount+ will have a wide variety of shows and movies, including intense dramas, funny comedies, and competitive reality series. The platform will release new projects from Taylor Sheridan, bring back popular shows, and introduce brand-new documentaries. Expect both continuing stories within familiar worlds and exciting new shows focused on different cultures. Here’s a look at some of the best things to watch this month.
‘America’s Culinary Cup’ (2026)

Okay, so I’m really excited about this new cooking competition coming out! It’s not just any cooking show, though. It pits some seriously talented chefs against each other in a tournament that’s all about American regional cuisine – think everything from Southern comfort food to Pacific Northwest seafood. They’re not just showing off fancy techniques, but really diving deep into the history and flavors of different parts of the country. The challenges seem super tough, forcing these chefs to be creative and really know their ingredients. It drops on March 4th, 2026, and I’ve already marked my calendar!
‘The Madison’ (2026)

This new drama, created by Taylor Sheridan and set in the world of ‘Yellowstone’, stars Michelle Pfeiffer and centers on a family who moves from New York City to Montana’s Madison River valley. The show explores themes of loss and the bonds between people as the family adjusts to life in a rural setting. It will premiere on the streaming service on March 14, 2026.
‘CIA’ (2026)

This thrilling spy story follows a secret agent who is suddenly called back to headquarters. It delves into the stressful world of international espionage and the personal costs faced by those who work in it. As the agent deals with tricky political situations and internal conflicts within the agency, the tension steadily rises. You can watch this exciting new series now with your subscription.
‘Marshals’ (2026–)

This gripping series follows a specialized team of U.S. Marshals as they hunt down dangerous criminals and handle risky prisoner transfers. The show also features a character from ‘Yellowstone,’ connecting it to that larger story. It realistically portrays the intense training and difficult ethical decisions faced by law enforcement today. You can currently watch this popular new series on Paramount+.
‘Landman’ (2024–)

As a film buff, I’ve been really hooked on this series. It’s set in the fast-paced world of the West Texas oil boom, and what I love is how it shows you all sides of the story. You see the incredibly tough lives of the workers out on the rigs, but also the high-stakes decisions being made by the people at the very top. It’s kind of like a modern ‘upstairs, downstairs’ drama, but with a really interesting backdrop of climate change, the oil market, and global politics. It’s created by Taylor Sheridan, and you can stream it right now – I highly recommend checking it out!
‘Ghosts’ (2021–)

This funny show centers around a young couple who inherit an old, rundown country house. While fixing it up, they find out it’s already home to a quirky group of ghosts from different periods in American history. The series is all about the amusing encounters between the new owners and the house’s long-time, spectral residents. You can watch all episodes now.
‘FBI True’ (2023)

This documentary series offers a unique look inside the FBI, featuring real agents sharing their experiences with challenging cases. They discuss the details of their investigations and the personal impact of their dangerous jobs. The series uses old recordings and interviews to show how these complex cases were cracked. New episodes will be available starting March 31, 2026.
‘The Challenge’ (1998)

This popular reality show challenges both returning players and newcomers with demanding physical and mental challenges. Contestants compete in different locations for a large cash prize, and they frequently form and dissolve alliances as they try to survive elimination. Over the years, the show has become known for its intricate social strategies and increasingly intense competitions. The next season begins on March 18, 2026.
‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ (2018)

The original stars of the beloved series are back, giving viewers an update on their lives now that they’re grown up. The show follows them as they navigate parenthood, pursue their careers, and maintain their decades-long friendships. It’s a chance to see how these actors have changed and grown since becoming famous. The new season premieres on March 25, 2026.
‘South Park’ (1997–)

This popular animated comedy for adults uses the viewpoints of four boys to playfully criticize American society and world events. It’s famous for its edgy humor and how quickly episodes are made, often tackling current social and political topics. Over many years, the show has become a significant part of popular culture, and all its episodes are now available to stream.
