Terry Crews’ Daughter Calls Out Actor for “Creepy” Advances at 16

I was really shocked to hear my dad, Terry Crews‘, daughter, Azriél, share her story. She bravely posted on Instagram about something awful that happened to her when she was a teenager. Apparently, a famous actor made her feel really uncomfortable at a wedding, and she just recently felt ready to talk about it. It’s so tough to hear something like that happened to her, but I admire her courage in speaking up.

Azriél said she first met the man at a pre-wedding event hosted by her parents, who already knew him. Her mother specifically told him she was 16 years old. “My mom made sure he knew my age,” Azriél remembered, “and at first, he was friendly. I was a big fan of his work, so I was really excited to meet him.”

The atmosphere changed noticeably during the wedding ceremony. Even though seating wasn’t assigned, the actor intentionally sat right next to her. “We found some open seats, and then, out of nowhere, he slid into the seat beside me and said, ‘Funny meeting you here,’” she recalled. She felt this was a warning sign, as he had clearly made a point of being close to her.

She felt uneasy even as she sat down at a table with her parents at the reception. To her surprise, the actor she’d met earlier appeared again, managing to get seated right next to her. As Azriél recounted, he then touched her arm, turned to her with a creepy smile, and asked if she was having a good time.

When she answered politely with a simple “yes,” his behavior became even more inappropriate. She recalled him saying, “Don’t act so civilized.” That’s when she noticed he was deliberately touching her knee under the table. She immediately told her mother she needed to use the restroom as an excuse to get away from him.
