Tenoch Huerta Says Namor Is Back in Avengers: Doomsday, Teases Sue Storm

Tenoch Huerta will reprise his role as Namor in the upcoming film, “Avengers: Doomsday,” and hinted at some exciting interactions with Vanessa Kirby’s character, the Invisible Woman (Sue Storm).

In the TV show “La Resolana,” the Mexican actor discussed his role in Marvel’s forthcoming movie, which he is set to appear in.

Admittedly, Huerta needs to exercise caution during interviews to avoid sharing excessive information, yet he did confirm that the Sub-Mariner will indeed be taking part in the event.

Huerta on Returning as Namor

When I heard about Namor joining the latest storyline,” Huerta stated, “it was as if I could finally take a breath after holding it for so long.

He shared that he learned about the announcement unexpectedly. His representatives in the U.S. were still unaware when they called him in the middle of the night. By 5:30 a.m., the news had already been made public.

Huerta mentioned that since “Avengers: Doomsday” has approximately twenty characters, each one’s part becomes more compact. However, Namor is still part of the cast. Furthermore, he shared that he’s focusing on diet and exercise to prepare himself for portraying the character effectively.

Fantastic Four Tease

The atmosphere lightened up as Mr. Fantastic teased Huerta, inquiring about his supposed connection with Sue Storm, the character portrayed by Vanessa Kirby.

Huerta responded with a Marvel-style tease: “You’ll have to wait to see the movie, brother.”

Additionally, he appeared to affirm filming together when he commended Kirby, referring to her as an “excellent collaborator and on-screen partner.
