Most high school boys are, let’s just say, very interested in sex and not always the brightest. And in the case of one teenager and his talking, often-crude stuffed animal, they’re also hilarious. The first trailer for the second season of Ted on Peacock makes that clear. It looks like this season will focus on two main goals: getting high and having sex.
The trailer for season two of Ted is incredibly funny. It’s hard to believe that even an angry dad from Massachusetts chasing his teenage son with a talking teddy bear isn’t the most hilarious moment. (The funniest part is definitely the bit with the censored video – and while we generally don’t like censorship, we have to admit it works here.)
As a huge fan, I was so excited to see the TED trailer for season two! But that wasn’t all – Peacock also dropped a bunch of new photos, giving us even more to look forward to!

The latest trailer and photos offer a solid preview of the upcoming season of TED. If you’re new to the show, the official season description gives you a helpful overview of what it’s all about.
The year is 1994, and high school senior John Bennett is navigating life with his best friend, Ted – a surprisingly outspoken teddy bear. They share a home in Boston with John’s parents, Matty and Susan, and his cousin, Blaire. Matty, a proud and boisterous working-class man, is determined to be in charge and doesn’t appreciate being questioned, especially by his more progressive niece. Susan is a kind and endlessly caring mother and wife. Blaire, a college student, often clashes with her family’s more conservative views.
Seth MacFarlane, known as the voice of Ted, the often-crude but lovable teddy bear, is heavily involved in the show as an executive producer, writer, and co-showrunner. Paul Corrigan and Brad Walsh share those same roles. The series also features Max Burkholder, Alanna Ubach, Scott Grimes, and Giorgia Whigham in starring roles.
Okay, so the trailer for season two has me wondering: will John finally catch a break like Ted appears to? It looks like we’re all going to find out together when the eight new episodes drop on Peacock, March 5th, 2026. Mark your calendars!
