For more than ten years, Taylor Swift and Blake Lively have enjoyed a strong friendship. Recently, they could be spotted side by side at the Super Bowl, enthusiastically supporting Travis Kelce. Furthermore, Swift holds the role of godmother to Lively’s three kids.
Yet, it appears that the strength of their relationship may have diminished following the allegations of sexual harassment made by Lively against Baldoni in a complaint filed back in December. The countersuit contained text messages where Lively supposedly referred to Swift as one of her ‘Game of Thrones’ characters, a dragon. Previously, Taylor Swift openly discussed instances of sexual assault. In the year 2017, she successfully sued a former DJ named David Mueller who had allegedly groped her at an event back in 2013. She was granted symbolic compensation of $1, and subsequently donated the money to charities assisting survivors of sexual assault.

Due to her past experiences and charitable contributions towards survivors of sexual assault, some people assumed that Taylor might openly endorse Blake publicly, given their friendship.
