As you delve into the sunken vessel, keep an eye out and you’ll discover something interesting – a journal belonging to Captain Lex. Reading it will trigger a fresh quest objective, guiding you towards a submerged cave situated beneath the All-Mother’s Temple. To reach this destination, you’ll have to swim through the water.

In this place, you’ll encounter some creatures that require your attention. Continue venturing deeper into the cavern until you find a spacious pond within. There, you’ll notice a boat partially covered by fabric and illuminated. Interact with it as the body of the Fore-Dweller is concealed beneath it. Choose the “Tear off a finger” option to obtain the Fore-Dweller’s Finger in Tainted Grail.
