Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon Expansion Sanctuary of Sarras Revealed for Next Week

Awaken Realms, the creators of the RPG Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, have revealed a new expansion, and it’s launching next week!

The upcoming DLC for Sanctuary of Sarras is launching on December 15th – just under a week from today! It will cost $15, and the developers at Questline explain this price reflects the fact that it’s a brand new adventure.

This downloadable content (DLC) lets you explore the new sanctuary and offers 10 to 15 hours of gameplay. You’ll also encounter several new bosses and enemies, and discover uniquely designed dungeons and indoor areas.

The expansion will feature a new progression system, similar to what was introduced in Shadow of the Erdtree. Players will discover new shrines that reward them with skill points, which can then be used to unlock abilities in completely new skill trees.

You don’t have to complete the main game, Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, before playing the Sanctuary of Sarras expansion. You can start the DLC as soon as you reach the second act of the game, so feel free to jump in and explore the new content whenever you’re ready!

The Sanctuary of Sarras expansion was revealed along with some big updates for Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. These include Patch 1.15, which improves performance and fixes bugs, and a free downloadable content pack featuring new armor and character appearances.

If you haven’t played Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon before, it’s an open-world action role-playing game similar to games like Skyrim or Avowed.

This game, set in a dark fantasy world reminiscent of Arthurian tales, offers a substantial 50 to 70 hours of gameplay. It includes three large areas to explore and a detailed main story with choices that impact the narrative, alongside a wealth of optional side quests.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. We’ll share more updates soon.
