Sydney Sweeney is turning heads in a new photoshoot for Cosmopolitan magazine. The Spring 2026 issue showcases the actress’s ability to pull off both glamorous, high-fashion looks and a more personal, playful style.
A popular photo features Sweeney standing in front of a bright pink background, visibly wet and wearing a large, red and white flannel shirt. She’s also wearing a white lace bra and sheer white shorts with a grey logo band, creating a look that’s both comfortable and subtly suggestive.
The photoshoot takes a more dramatic direction. Sweeney is wearing a short black lace skirt with see-through thigh-high stockings secured with detailed garters. Delicate gold hearts adorn the straps, and she completes the look with pointed black mesh stiletto heels for a bold, edgy style.
Actress Sweeney is quickly becoming a major name in Hollywood. She recently appeared in the Apple TV+ thriller Echo Valley, where she played the daughter of Julianne Moore’s character. She also received positive attention for her work in the film Christy, which she not only starred in but also produced through her production company, Fifty-Fifty Films.

In the future, Sweeney will take the lead role in Edgar Wright’s new version of Barbarella. She’s also cast as Kim Novak in the upcoming romantic drama Scandalous, and will be part of the Gundam sci-fi adaptation alongside Noah Centineo.
Sydney Sweeney has often discussed the challenges of being in the public eye, particularly regarding scrutiny of her appearance. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, she expressed frustration with constantly having to defend her natural looks, saying, “I feel like I’ve had to explain how I look for forever now.” She also denied rumors about getting cosmetic surgery, stating, “It’s not true, I’ve never had any work done.”
