Here’s what Jorge Jiménez had to say about his time working at DC Comics, which began in 2011:

Ever since the Superman film captivated me as a child with its exceptional soundtrack, I’ve been an ardent admirer of the DC Comics universe. As a kid, I dreamed of sketching Batman or Superman, and now, getting to work with these characters is a dream come true – something I cherish deeply. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in these thrilling adventures daily, collaborating with talented writers like James Tynion, Chip Zdarsky, Scott Snyder, and Peter Tomasi, who have shared their wisdom with me. Additionally, I draw inspiration from my fellow artists and the skilled editors at DC, constantly learning from them.

Beyond Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent, artist Jorge Jiménez has worked on comic book series such as Super Sons, Earth-2, and Superboy. His most significant achievement to date is his five-year stint on the company’s main title, Batman. In recent years, Jiménez has collaborated on creating new characters like Punchline, Failsafe, Ghostmaker, and Crush. He also revamped the appearances of beloved figures such as the Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy. Now, a compilation of over a decade’s worth of his stunning artwork is available for fans to enjoy conveniently.
