Geoff Keighley has disclosed the participating publishers and creators for this year’s Summer Game Fest, set to take place on June 6, 2025. A quick glance at the complete list reveals that all three major players in the industry – Sony (PlayStation), Microsoft (Xbox), and Nintendo – will be involved.
Historically, both Sony and Microsoft have consistently participated in Keighley’s events, even when they had separate showcases during the Game Developers Conference (SGF). In contrast, Nintendo has not been as regular an attendee. However, with the anticipated release of the Switch 2, it appears that Nintendo is eager to seize every significant opportunity for exposure. Consequently, Nintendo has confirmed its attendance at SGF 2025 and also plans to appear at Gamescom 2025.
Once again, Keighley has gathered prominent figures from the industry for SGF, ensuring a thrilling event.
