The director of Street Fighter, Kitao Sakurai, recently posted a backstage photo on Instagram, offering a peek at the esteemed cast enjoying each other’s company during production.
In my role as a supportive fan, I’d like to share that the recently titled “Boat fighters” photo, which I’ve had the pleasure to gaze upon, features a significant portion of the talented cast sailing aboard a luxurious yacht. Notably, several key actors have already secured their roles in this exciting project.

Who’s in the photo?
From left to right, here’s who appears in Sakurai’s image:
- Andrew Koji (Ryu)
- Cody Rhodes (rumored Guile)
- Noah Centineo (Ken)
- Olivier ‘The Dutch Giant’ Richters possibly playing Zangief
- 50 Cent (Balrog)
- Andrew Schulz (Dan Hibiki)
- Callina Liang (Chun-Li)
- David Dastmalchian (M. Bison)
- Vidyut Jammwal (Dhalsim)
- Unknown actress possibly playing Cammy
- Orville Peck (Vega) – cowboy hat and fringe
It’s worth noting that Olivier Richters was not initially included in the cast announcement. Given that his name does not appear on IMDb, there is a strong possibility that he could be portraying the character Zangief.
Following the playful reveal of Noah Centineo’s Ken character, Orville Peck subtly hinted at Vega, and Andrew Schulz posted a mysterious “new warrior” on social media.
