‘Stranger Things’ Creators Drop Chilling Hint About Series Finale

The show’s fifth season will be released in three parts. The first part became available on November 26th, the second is coming on December 25th, and the last part will be released on December 31st.

It’s fall 1987, and things are falling apart in Hawkins after the events of the previous season. The group of friends is determined to stop a new, powerful enemy named Vecna, but their efforts are made more difficult when the military starts pursuing Eleven. With the anniversary of Will Byers’ disappearance approaching, they must unite for one last, dangerous showdown.

The creators of the show, the Duffer Brothers, recently told the Associated Press that the finale will be both intense and deeply emotional. They described it as a “dark Christmas” and an “emotional New Year’s Eve,” suggesting viewers can anticipate a suspenseful yet heartfelt conclusion to the series.
