As a devoted fan, I’ve been eagerly anticipating the return of Stranger Things for quite some time now. And in an exciting turn of events, Netflix recently unveiled the release date for Season 5 during their TUDUM event! The trailer hinted at a heart-wrenching, thrilling send-off for viewers. Yet, the release schedule for this grand finale is not straightforward. Instead, it’s divided into three volumes, each premiering on different holidays. Is this Vecna’s doing? Only time will tell…

Are you looking forward to celebrating holidays with your loved ones? However, if they’re not fans of “Stranger Things”, you might find yourself in a dilemma this year as the fifth and final season of the show will be releasing in three parts. The first part, known as “Stranger Things 5, Volume 1″, consists of the first four episodes and is set to premiere on November 26 – which also happens to be Thanksgiving Eve. On this day, many people either travel home, reunite with old friends, or start the holiday season with a night out. But if they’re busy preparing a huge feast all evening, then it might not be that festive!

Despite the fact that there are three release dates for Stranger Things 5, it’s Volume 1 that stands out as the best. The next three episodes will be available on Christmas Day, which is December 25th. Yes, Stranger Things 5, Volume 2 will also be released on Christmas, and the finale will follow on New Year’s Eve, a night when people are typically out celebrating.

It would be less inconvenient if each volume of Stranger Things 5 wasn’t released at 5 pm PT, but since it is, fans will likely have to forgo parts of their holiday celebrations to steer clear of spoilers.

It’s hard to believe, hard to swallow, unfair even – the release date for “Stranger Things 5” is causing quite a stir, and whatever your reaction may be, it’s completely understandable. This just doesn’t feel right.

It could be more effective to simply concentrate on the content suggested by the trailer when we finally get to view it, as opposed to focusing on the holiday-themed release schedule of Stranger Things 5, which, in reality, turns out to be a treat for us viewers.
