‘Stark Naked Down a Big Snowy Mountain’: Woody Harrelson And Red Hot Chilli Peppers’s Bassist Flea Recall Snowboarding

As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in entertainment and human dynamics, I must say that stories like these are a testament to the power of camaraderie and friendship. Woody Harrelson and Flea, two icons in their respective fields, have managed to create memories that go beyond the realms of their professions. Their bond is not just limited to snowboarding naked down a mountain (though that’s quite an achievement!), but it extends to playful banter, competitive spirit, and even the occasional tiff with an irate skier.

For quite some time, Woody Harrelson and Flea, the bassist from Red Hot Chilli Peppers, have been close friends. They’ve shared some unforgettable experiences together that stand out in their memories. Looking back on these times, they recently reminisced about an occasion when they went snowboarding together, both without any clothing on.

Woody Harrelson, renowned for his stellar movie performances, additionally hosts a popular podcast titled “Where Everybody Knows Your Name,” alongside Ted Danson. In a recent episode of this podcast, the star of Zombieland had a conversation with Flea.

During the conversation, Flea and Harrelson reminisced about a particularly wild adventure – their snowboarding trip, which stood out among all the other stories shared and memories refreshed.

As a devoted admirer, I’d excitedly share this tidbit: The band member who’s crafted iconic tunes like Californication, Otherside, and numerous others, casually mentioned he’s got footage of himself and Harrelson, snowboarding au naturel down a colossal snow-capped mountain!

Adding to his words, the True Detective actor stated, “It’s actually great footage.”

Additionally, the podcast video features Flea mentioning that he considered sharing it on his Instagram, but held back due to a warning from Laura Harrelson.

In addition to sharing with Danson that Flea possesses a serene demeanor along with a competitive spirit, the actor found agreement from Flea on this description. Yet, Flea clarified that he remains indifferent about whether he emerges victorious or not in any given circumstance.

In conversation about their latest ski vacation and snowboarding adventure, Flea recalled another past event where they had been involved in a disagreement.

Harrelson pointed out that the duo was not only snowboarding dangerously but also extremely fast. Despite being slightly better than most snowboarders, he nearly collided with an unnoticed woman who unexpectedly crossed his path.

In a fortunate turn of events, Flea also managed to avoid her at the same time. Later, when they were about to board the lift once more, Flea encountered the same woman, who was visibly upset with both of them.

As a die-hard admirer, I must say, though Flea had sincerely apologized, this woman persisted in her verbal onslaught against him. In fact, she went so far as to jab her ski pole right at his face during the fray, a moment that made my heart race with concern for the bassist.

Moving forward, Flea mentioned that the actor witnessed the entire incident and stepped in to help, but then the woman alerted them about her spouse. According to Flea, the actor from Now You See Me suggested the woman contact her husband instead.

When the husband intervened, Flea felt it prudent to de-escalate the situation, eyeing Harrelson, who seemed eager for a fight, since he continued shouting even as they boarded the elevator.

Flea and Harrelson share a great bond of friendship and have been together for years.
