Fans of Star Wars: Visions can start getting thrilled as season three of this show is set to premiere this year! According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, the third volume of this project will debut on Disney+ on October 29, 2025.
Based on the recent report, it’s been announced that the former Sith Lord character, Ronin, will make a reappearance in the forthcoming Star Wars release. This thrilling update was unveiled at the spectacular Star Wars Celebration gathering held in Tokyo.
According to James Waugh, the executive producer of Visions, we can anticipate that the top three narratives from Season 1 – The Duel, The Village Bride, and The Ninth-Jedi – will all be further developed in the upcoming season.
The executive producer is said to have revealed a daring new approach for the series, marked by the addition of the “Star Wars: Visions Presents” title. This allows filmmakers to explore rich and extended narratives without being constrained by time limits. Kicking things off will be an independent spin-off production titled “The Ninth Jedi,” set for release in 2026.
According to the latest update, Takanobu Mizuno from Kamikaze Douga is set to direct The Duel: Payback, a sequel to The Village Bride. Meanwhile, Hitoshi Haga from Kinema Citrus will be in charge of another sequel, The Lost Ones. Lastly, Production IG’s Naoyohi Shiotani will helm Child of Hope, the follow-up to The Ninth Jedi.

As per the report, the upcoming episode is set to feature a large, bear-like robot equipped with a microwave inside its body, which will be alongside the female lead character.
