In a message, the company announced that they are discontinuing the creation of Kingdom Hearts Missing Link. They express their sincere regrets and apologize to all those eagerly awaiting its launch.
According to their statement in the announcement, Square Enix found it challenging to maintain a service that players would enjoy consistently over a long term. As a result, they made the decision to abandon the Missing Link project, which was intended to be a continuous game service designed for mobile devices.
