Spirit Halloween Will Transform 10 Stores Into Spirit Christmas for the Holiday Season

As a gamer with a heart for all things spooky and festive, I must say, I’m absolutely thrilled about Spirit Halloween‘s decision to stick around for Christmas! Growing up, the anticipation of visiting Spirit every year was a highlight of my autumn, and now, it seems, that excitement will be extended into winter.

During the transition from the eerie season to the festive holiday season, we typically say goodbye to our beloved temporary store, Spirit Halloween. But this year, the retailer is planning something different – they’re staying open for the joyous holiday season! Instead of shutting down completely, Spirit Halloween will transform into Spirit Christmas by opening 10 locations.

After the night of trick-or-treating, you won’t find Spirit Halloween completely vanishing. Instead, they’ve decided to transform their theme for the arrival of winter. They plan to run 10 stores in the northeastern region during the Christmas season under the name “Spirit Christmas.

Some spots previously known as Spirit Halloweens will transition to new locations, while others will debut in brand-new structures. These venues are slated to appear in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. The store situated in Mays Landing, New Jersey will kick off the openings on October 18th. Subsequently, the remaining nine will follow suit in early November. They will continue their operation up until Christmas.

The company is truly embracing the holiday vibe, as well. Customers are promised a variety of items for sale, such as “holiday decorations, clothing, inflatables, presents, and trinkets for stockings.” However, that’s not all there is to look forward to. Visitors can also reserve complimentary meetings with Santa Claus, receiving a free digital postcard as a keepsake. Additionally, there will be a “life-sized gingerbread village” where letters to Santa can be mailed.

Switching from spooky creatures like ghouls and ghosts to cheerful characters such as reindeer and elves during the seasonal change seems quite logical, doesn’t it? It’s surprising that Spirit Halloween hasn’t considered this idea already, given their well-established infrastructure during the holiday season. Why not capitalize on what they already have? If these 10 stores prove successful (and we think they will), it’s highly likely that Spirit Christmas will expand to numerous additional locations in the near future.

Spirit Easter is probably still a ways away from happening, though.
