I was so excited to see the first poster for Spider-Noir revealed at CCXP25 in Brazil! Amazon Prime and Sony really gave fans a taste of the dark, gritty vibe we can expect from the new series.
The photo features an office door made of frosted glass with the name “B. Reilly – Private Investigator” on it, creating a classic, old-fashioned detective film atmosphere.
A tiny spider moving across the door immediately creates the intriguing and mysterious mood the show is hinting at.

Nicolas Cage Suits Up as Ben Reilly
The new poster reveals Nicolas Cage will play Ben Reilly, a tough, experienced private investigator who used to fight crime as a masked hero.
Nicolas Cage previously provided the voice for Spider-Noir in the animated film Into the Spider-Verse. This is the first time he’s played the character in a live-action role. His version of Spider-Man lives in a different universe than Peter Parker, specifically a 1930s New York City during the Great Depression.
A Dark Reimagining of Spider-Man Lore
Spider-Man: Noir takes a radically different approach from typical Spider-Man stories.
This series offers a gritty, realistic mystery set in a beautifully designed, old-fashioned New York City. To match its classic noir style, the show will be presented in both black and white and full color.
Coming to Amazon Prime in 2026
Spider-Noir is a new series coming to Amazon as part of a collaboration between Amazon and Sony to create Marvel projects. Expected in 2026, it’s one of several Spider-Man shows exploring different universes outside the main story of Peter Parker.
