It’s been confirmed that Marvel Studios is moving forward with “Spider-Man: Fresh Start,” which marks the fourth film in the Spiderman franchise featuring Tom Holland. This upcoming movie is set to hit theaters on July 31, 2026, and Destin Daniel Cretton, renowned for his work on “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,” will be directing it.
During a recent Disney panel on Blockbuster Consumer Products, it’s been said that a preview (sizzle reel) showcased the upcoming movie will include iconic villains such as Scorpion, Boomerang, and Tombstone. Although the exact storyline is being kept secret, having these antagonists involved hints at a return to the original storyline for Spider-Man, where Peter Parker encounters some of his toughest adversaries.

In the lineup are familiar faces like Tom Holland, reprising his role as Peter Parker, alongside Zendaya playing MJ. Additionally, we have Sadie Sink, recognized from “Stranger Things,” taking on a yet-to-be-revealed part.
