Production on *Spider-Man: Brand New Day* is underway again! Tom Holland is back on set after recovering from a concussion, and Sadie Sink has been spotted filming in costume for the first time. Interestingly, footage from the set suggests a possible storyline involving The Hulk being transported away in an ambulance.
Holland Returns to Work
Tom Holland is back on set after a short break in filming. He had a minor concussion from a stunt accident, but it seems to have been a precautionary pause, and production in the U.K. is now continuing as normal.
First Look: Sadie Sink
Sadie Sink, a recent addition to the cast, was seen on the set in London sporting a striking new red hairstyle. While photos shared by UnBoxPHD show her in everyday clothes, her role in the project hasn’t been officially revealed yet.
Some fans believe she might be playing a character who works with Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, perhaps as a teammate or assistant.
Hulk Ambulance Spoiler?
A recent tweet from UnBoxPHD claims that the Hulk was transported away in an ambulance. Although this hasn’t been officially confirmed, it’s led fans to wonder if the film will show the Hulk being seriously injured or needing medical attention – a situation we haven’t seen before in Marvel movies.
It’s also not certain if it was truly the Hulk, or just Mark Ruffalo playing Bruce Banner. Either way, it’s hard to imagine what could possibly cause damage to someone as powerful as the Hulk?
People are wondering if the Hulk or Bruce Banner was the one transported by ambulance. And if it was a normal ambulance, or one designed for individuals with superpowers?

Release info
Destin Daniel Cretton is directing the new Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day, which is scheduled to be released on July 31, 2026.
The movie features Tom Holland as Peter Parker, Zendaya as MJ, and Jacob Batalon as Ned. Jon Bernthal returns as The Punisher, and Mark Ruffalo is expected to reprise his role as the Hulk. Florence Pugh will also appear as Yelena, a character from the upcoming *Thunderbolts* film.
I’m really excited about the new cast! We’ve got Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Marvin Jones III joining the crew as Tombstone, and Michael Mando is taking on the role of Scorpion, which I think is perfect casting. Plus, with Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige producing, this feels like a huge next step for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man story – I can’t wait to see where they take it!
