A reunion of the Spice Girls might soon happen! As reported by The Sun, Geri Horner (formerly known as Ginger Spice) is said to have been communicating with their long-term mentor, Simon Fuller. There are whispers that they will meet up in Miami later this week to talk about a possible agreement.
According to reports, Victoria Beckham, famously known as Posh Spice, appears to have distanced herself significantly from the reunion plans. It’s been said that she’s informed her close companions that she is “almost certainly not involved” (or equivalently, “90 percent out of the running”).
Despite Geri being too occupied and unable to commit fully, the other members – Geri, Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Mel C – continue to harbor optimism about a reunion. A source claims this busy schedule of Geri’s has been an obstacle for a possible Spice Girls tour.
It seems that Geri and Simon are said to be brainstorming several intriguing possibilities, but sadly, it appears that Victoria is unlikely to participate. Yet, there’s a possibility she could make a virtual cameo or collaborate with them in a unique, one-time special event.
According to the source, she consistently aimed to pay tribute to the girls’ past. The encounter between Geri and Fuller in Miami seems imminent since they both currently reside in the same city. Geri is presently in town to back her husband, Christian Horner, who is an F1 team boss, at the Grand Prix.
At present, it’s rumored that Fuller has been invited to a Red Bull event. It’s speculated that his participation in the reunion tour could significantly enhance the overall venture.
