It’s said that Angelina Jolie is taking all necessary steps to aid those impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles, which started on January 7.
By last Friday, January 10, up to 10,000 buildings, such as houses and businesses, had been destroyed by the fires, specifically the Palisades fire and Eaton fires, both occurring in Pasadena, as reported by CNN.
As a lifestyle expert, I can share an act of kindness that’s close to my heart: This week, the remarkable Maria has graciously welcomed friends displaced by the Los Angeles wildfires into her own home. Her heart is heavy for those who have lost homes or are affected in any way by this devastating event.
The wildfires raging in Los Angeles are said to be some of the most devastating fires ever experienced in the United States. This disaster has forced over 80,000 people, including celebrities like Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, Anna Faris, Ricki Lake, Cary Elwes, and Cameron Mathison, among others, to evacuate their homes.
By last Friday, January 10th, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office had 11 fire-linked fatalities under their ongoing scrutiny.
Like Jolie, several other celebrities are also offering help to those affected by the wildfires.
As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to pieces about Halle Berry! She recently announced on Instagram that she’s teaming up with Sharon Stone in an amazing act of kindness. They plan to give away Halle’s entire wardrobe to those who have lost their clothing essentials in a fire. What a heartwarming gesture from these two fabulous ladies!
Despite the potential danger of having to evacuate, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are graciously inviting friends to their Montecito residence as well.
In response to the tragic natural disaster, Jamie Lee Curtis and Christopher Guest’s family have announced they will contribute a generous sum of $1 million towards helping those affected by the disaster.
