Silent Hill f features several puzzles, including the ever-popular combination locks. You’ll find these locks on lockers within the middle school that Hinako and her friends explore – and like many horror games, a school setting adds to the unsettling atmosphere.
You’ll find four lockers, each locked with a different combination. One of them holds an item you need to continue the game, but opening all four will give you an upgrade to your inventory, so it’s worth the effort.
In this guide we’ll go over all of the locker combinations in Silent Hill f on all difficulties.
Silent Hill f locker puzzle: Aoi Takeshi’s locker combination
You can find the combination to Aoi Takeshi’s locker hidden in an origami found in the Old Annex. The combination is actually Aoi’s name.
Using the girl code you learned earlier, you can figure this out to be 401.
Silent Hill f locker puzzle: Suga Yosie’s locker combination
The combination to Suga’s locker is hidden in another origami, which you get after opening Aoi’s locker. A note inside Aoi’s locker hints that the combination is a bit depressing, almost like a silent plea for help.
The correct combination for Suga’s locker is 505, which is girl code for SOS.
Opening this locker gives you an inventory capacity upgrade.
Silent Hill f locker puzzle: Tsuchiya Taiko’s locker combination
A note hidden inside an origami in a classroom on the second floor reveals the locker combination for someone nicknamed “TT’s” – it’s 377.
The locker known as Tsuchiya Taiko is unique because it’s the only one linked to a character with the initials ‘TT’, and its combination is 377.
Silent Hill f locker puzzle: Asakura Ayumi’s locker combination
To continue the game, you only need to open Ayumi Asakura’s locker. The combination for her locker is unique – it changes based on the difficulty level you choose. If you’re playing on the story difficulty, you’ll find the clue to the combination in a notebook. On harder difficulties, look for it in the annex hallway. Keep in mind the clue will be a ‘girl code’ – you’ll have to decode it to get the actual numbers for the locker.
Story
The clue about how hard the story is involves characters who are obsessed with the ocean – they even used their love for the sea as the combination to their locker!
Translating that from girl code, you get the combination 534.
Hard
The toughest clue involves the players claiming to adore the bus, even using its number as their locker combination. A note reveals a secret code: according to ‘girl code,’ the number 6 stands for the letter U, despite the two not resembling each other.
Translating from girl code, you get the combination 865.
Lost in the Fog
The most challenging part of this puzzle involves figuring out Asakura Ayasumi’s favorite food – something that can be cooked in many ways, like poached, fried, boiled, or even used in baking. The solution is eggs.
Translating egg into girl code, you get the combination 399.
