In the latest episode of Sakamoto Days titled ‘Jurassic Bastard,’ both Sakamoto and Aoi went to Hana’s school event. Meanwhile, a disagreement between Shin and Lu resulted in Shin departing, while their altercation led scientists to mistakenly capture Lu, thinking she was Shin. Their intention was to bring him back to the lab where he gained his psychic abilities.
Sakamoto and Shin chase their targets but are halted by Seba, a covert assassin. At the Okutabi Science Museum, Shin is reminded of his past there. Within its walls, they overpower assassin Mad Horiguchi and discover that Kashima’s group manages the Lab. Concurrently, Lu encounters incarcerated director Asakura, who hatches an escape strategy.
In Episode 8 of Sakamoto Days, we’ll see the climactic showdown among Sakamoto, Shin, and Horiguchi. The episode will also offer insights into the current situation of Lu and Asakura as they try to escape. Furthermore, we’ll delve deeper into Shin’s past, particularly focusing on how he acquired his psychic abilities.
In this upcoming episode, Shishiba and Osaragi will take on more responsibilities as they delve deeper into the lab’s mysteries. Their exploration seems connected to a pivotal figure called ‘Slur,’ who is also recognized by the name ‘X.’
Entitled ‘Sakamoto’s vs. The Lab’, the 8th episode of Sakamoto Days is scheduled to broadcast on March 1, 2025, at 11 pm Japanese Standard Time (JST).
