What really drew me in was how the series delved into the psychology of everyone involved, trying to understand what would drive someone to commit such a shocking crime and how it impacted the entire community.

A celebrated writer retreats from the world after the heartbreaking death of her son. Her peaceful solitude is shattered by the arrival of a rich and enigmatic new neighbor.
