Regarding King Charles, she expressed, “I’ve known him since I was a child, and I simply adore him.” The Duchess further mentioned, “He is kind-hearted and always manages to make me laugh, and he still fondly refers to me as Fergie.

Sarah Ferguson has always had a close relationship with the monarch from the start. She reminisced about her mother’s counsel: “Avoid playing pranks on the Prince of Wales [Charles, before he became King] when he visits; don’t play pool games with him.” However, Ferguson confessed, “I would dive straight into the pool and leave a fake dog poop outside his room. He found it amusing.

Looking back at her marriage to the Duke of York, Ferguson expressed to the media outlet that if given the chance, she would happily remarry him one hundred percent. She went on to praise him, saying he is an exceptional individual, possessing a big heart and kindness.
