In ‘Sakamoto’s Face-off with The Lab,’ Heisuke perceives Aoi’s discomfort and instructs Piisuke to find Sakamoto. Simultaneously, at the Lab, Horiguchi regains consciousness and renews his battle against both Sakamoto and Shin. Meanwhile, Asakura shares with Lu the story of Shin’s past, unveiling that he inadvertently consumed a chemical concoction, resulting in his psychic powers.
Initially, Asakura tried to heal him, but Shin, feeling unwanted, departed from the Lab. Currently, Asakura flees with Lu, whereas Sakamoto and Shin overpower Horiguchi. In the meantime, a chasm separates Sakamoto and Kashima, leaving them to battle individually, while Heisuke helps Shin in his fight against Seba.
In Sakamoto Days Episode 9, Shin finds himself alone, as he’s parted from Sakamoto, and carries on the fight against Seba in the Lab’s underbelly. Despite Seba’s ability to become invisible, Shin will join forces with Heisuke, whose sharp-eyed sniping abilities provide a valuable counter to Seba’s advantage.
In the ensuing fight, it’s revealed that Kashima, due to extensive body modifications, is exceptionally durable. As the Lab starts to crumble, Shishiba and Osaragi push ahead, forcing Sakamoto to face Kashima on his own. Sakamoto then gives it his all, using every ounce of strength he has to counter Kashima’s immense toughness.
Entitled ‘All Aboard,’ the ninth episode of Sakamoto Days is set to premiere on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 11 pm (Japan Standard Time). International viewers can catch it on that date, but the specific viewing time might differ based on their respective regions.
The program is set to be aired across various networks in Japan, such as Tokyo Broadcasting, Osaka Broadcasting, Setouchi Broadcasting, Aichi Broadcasting, Hokkaido Broadcasting, and TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting.
