At the San Diego Comic-Con event of 2024, it was announced that Avengers: Doomsday would be released. This news quickly spread like a blaze, as the cast warmly welcomed back Robert Downey Jr., an old and beloved actor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, along with the Russo Brothers who will be directing this film.

Notably, it’s important to understand that the character portrayed by Robert Downey Jr., Tony Stark/Iron Man, won’t return in his previous role. Instead, Victor Von Doom, who takes on the villainous role of Dr. Doom, will be the main antagonist in Marvel Studios’ future projects.

In this exciting film, it’s Chris Hemsworth, famously known for his portrayal of Thor, the powerful God of thunder, who will be making his first appearance. Accompanying him will be Anthony Mackie, who has been Captain America’s shield-bearer, Paul Rudd playing Ant-Man, Tenoch Huerta Mejía as Namor, Simu Liu returning as Shang-Chi, and Letitia Wright stepping into the role of Shuri, the latest Black Panther.

In essence, Instead of just them, the Fantastic Four will now include Pedro Pascal, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Joseph Quinn, and Vanessa Kirby. But what truly stands out is the return of the original X-Men, namely Kelsey Grammer, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, and James Marsden, who will be teaming up with Channing Tatum as Gambit in the movie.
