Rowan Atkinson and William Davies created and wrote the new show, which will debut on Netflix on December 11th. Atkinson is back as Trevor Bingley in this series, consisting of four episodes, each approximately 30 minutes in length. David Kerr, who directed previous installments, also returns as director.

Trevor is hoping for a peaceful life as a school caretaker after a recent, chaotic adventure. However, a Christmas job at a luxurious penthouse pulls him back into trouble. According to Netflix, the story begins when a Baby Jesus figure is left behind after the school’s nativity play, and Trevor unexpectedly ends up looking after it during the holidays.

Filming started in December 2024, led by HouseSitter Productions. Chris Clark and William Davies are executive producers, and Kate Fasulo is the series producer. Netflix announced the show on December 16, 2024, and confirmed that Atkinson, Davies, and Kerr would be working together again.
The new trailer features Rowan Atkinson at his funniest, combining his signature physical humor with the cheerful backdrop of the holiday season. Viewers who enjoyed Man vs. Bee will find a similar brand of silly, chaotic comedy, but this time with a festive theme.
