Actor Rupert Grint, famous for playing Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films, has become a father once more. He and his long-term partner, Georgia Groome, have welcomed their second child. The proud dad was seen wearing black clothing, with the newborn snuggled on his chest. Groome, also present, donned a casual grey sweater and beige jacket. As the cameras focused on her, the delighted mother grinned brightly.

Grint and Groome alternated caring for their newly born child, swaddled in a white wrap. Additionally, the infant appeared to inherit his father’s reddish locks. This duo is also parents to a daughter they welcomed in 2020.

Five years ago, the actor made his Instagram debut to share the news of his daughter’s birth, Wednesday. In the post, he said, “Instagram, I’m a decade late, but here I am! Let’s Grint it on the Gram! Allow me to present my little one, Wednesday G. Grint. Stay safe, Rupert.” This was just one of two instances where his first child appeared on his account as a dad of two.

The famous actor has generally preferred to keep his personal matters under wraps, but in 2021, he made an unusual remark on fatherhood during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. In the conversation, he expressed, “It’s wonderful! I’m really enjoying being a dad. It’s just fantastic.” He went on to say, “I can’t believe how it has taken over everything. Now, it’s pretty much all I care about, so it’s been terrific.

During the time leading up to the birth of his second child, Grint faced a significant legal issue: a tax bill totaling approximately 1.8 million pounds that dated back to the years 2011-2012.
