Rio Vidal’s True Identity Reveal in ‘Agatha All Along’ Comes at a Heartbreaking Price

As a seasoned gamer who’s seen his fair share of twists and turns in the realm of storytelling, I must say that Lilia Calderu’s tale in Agatha All Along has been nothing short of captivating. Her journey from a young girl training to be a witch to a divination witch living her life out of sequence is as heart-wrenching as it is intriguing.

The new episode 7 of Agatha All Along is now available! This time around, we delve into the Trial of Time, centering on Lilia Calderu, a divination witch. Throughout the series, Lilia has been subtly planting meaningful clues that are worth keeping an eye on.

She gave Agatha a roster of fellow witches, foretold the demise of Alice, and more recently disclosed that she had previously seen the destiny of Billy Maximoff, causing her to cast a symbolic mark upon him.

Her decision might have equally influenced the plot line of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” as we’ve hypothesized more recently.

We finally learned about Lilia’s tragic backstory. Centuries ago in Sicily, she was a young girl training to be a witch with her coven, which was ultimately wiped out by a plague.

It’s come to light that Lilia gets these occasional tips due to her unconventional lifestyle, as she seems to live her life in an unexpected order. This pattern appears to have originated during her childhood, resurfaced, and has been more prominent since she embarked on the Witches Road.

For the first time, Lilia encountered a sudden leap in time at Billy Kaplan’s Bar Mitzvah. There, she performed a mystical symbol (sigil) on him. Sadly, he met an untimely death in a car accident and was subsequently reincarnated as Billy Maximoff, whom she later found herself connected with.

In order to finish her ordeal, Lilia had to figure out where each coven member stood on the game board and reluctantly prepare for her own demise. As the trial drew to a close, she understood that her journey would end in fatality. With the final coven member shown by a Death card on the board, we were proven correct about it being Rio Vidal.

Yet, this disclosure didn’t come without a hefty price. Lilia was seldom mistaken, and it turned out that the cards indeed predicted her destiny as one leading to death.

Following the successful passage of the ordeal by flames, Lilia opted to remain in their presence. It’s worth noting that the spectral presence of the Salem Seven has been a constant for the coven even prior to their journey along the Witches’ Path.

In this rephrased version, let’s say that Salem’s Seven are focusing their attacks on Agatha because it was her actions that led to the loss of their mothers and ancestors. Given that Agatha has ties to the coven, anyone associated with her becomes a potential target as well.

After the trial concluded, Lilia found herself lingering within the chamber. It became clear to her that staying too long can be impolite or unwelcome. She had a sense that trouble might ensue if she were to meddle with the cards once more.

As soon as she stood the tower card on end, the entire room seemed to spin, turning everything upside-down. This unexpected movement caused Salem’s Seven to plummet towards the sharp blades suspended above, landing awkwardly upon them.

The consequence of Lilia’s actions was a tragic outcome – she met her end by falling, much like she had foreseen and rejected the possibility years ago.

Lilia, who has spent a considerable amount of years on earth, hasn’t grasped the lesson that her mentor sought to impart: everyone eventually encounters death. It isn’t until Lilia embraces this truth and understands she may need to surrender herself for Billy’s narrative to reach its conclusion that she can truly hone her skills and gain command over her unpredictable time leaps.
