New trailers and posters are out for the upcoming movie, “Sisu: Road to Revenge,” which is the sequel to last year’s unexpected hit, “Sisu.
In my latest cinematic journey, I found myself drawn to the big screen for yet another thrilling chapter featuring the unyielding protagonist, portrayed masterfully by Jorma Tommila – a man who defies death itself! This time around, we welcome Stephen Lang, renowned from his chilling performance in “Don’t Breathe,” into the fold as our menacing antagonist. Buckle up for an adrenaline-fueled ride!
Under the guidance of director Jalmari Helander, an action-packed sequel is scheduled to hit cinemas via Screen Gems on November 21, 2025.

A Return to Violence and Survival
As a die-hard cinema enthusiast, I’d put it like this:
In “Sisu: Road to Revenge,” I, a survivor haunted by the past, find myself back at the house that bore witness to my family’s tragic demise during the war. With rage as my fuel and determination in my heart, I demolish the very walls that held the echoes of their suffering. I gather the remnants, preparing to give them a new home, a sanctuary in their memory, far from the grasp of danger.
However, when the commanding officer from the Red Army reappears, intending to complete his mission, the voyage transforms into a grueling, nationwide pursuit. The ensuing events involve a fierce battle for survival, filled with inventive and extravagant action scenes that push the limits.
Red-Band Trailer and Posters
The new trailer is packed with intense action, violence, and large-scale special effects that resemble the original, but up the intensity even more. The poster features Tommila’s character as a lone survivor, hinting at another hard-hitting and ruthless confrontation.
