As a freelancer specializing in corporate espionage, I find myself recruited by an enigmatic figure, simply referred to as ‘The Client.’ My latest assignment: to penetrate the confines of Project Sidereal, nestled within Hadrian’s Wall. The objective? To purloin a groundbreaking device, the Interpolator, capable of creating wormholes for traversing obstacles and delving into the most peculiar realms of existence, unveiling ‘the strangest frontiers of reality.’
On our journey along Hadrian’s Wall, we run into experienced members of the Oversight Taskforce, as well as mechanical guards, safeguarding the installation. Moreover, the wormholes we generate might unexpectedly summon other entities, amplifying the difficulties we experience. To protect ourselves, we predominantly resort to hand-to-hand combat weapons like hammers, screwdrivers, and bricks. At times, we also acquire pistols and submachine guns (SMGs) to support our objectives.
This game focuses on intense, up-close fighting with an element of chaos, demanding us to confront enemies head-on and tactically utilize our surroundings. The game’s sci-fi horror aspects are influenced by works such as ‘Event Horizon’, building a tense and immersive environment as we traverse the labyrinthine corridors of Hadrian’s Wall.
