The scene opens right after the chaotic and violent events of the previous movie. Grace finds herself in a hospital, relieved to think her terrifying ordeal is finally over. However, she quickly realizes it’s not, when she sees she’s been handcuffed. She learns she’s moved on to a more dangerous stage of the game, with extremely powerful enemies now hunting her. To make things worse, her sister has been captured, and Grace must now fight to save them both. What a mess!
