Alan Ritchson reprises his role as Jack Reacher for season 3! This much-loved action series airing on Amazon Prime Video follows its title character, a former military cop who’s now a rogue solver of crimes, dishing out his unique form of justice on the streets. Originating from Lee Child’s book series, the initial season presented Reacher as a lone wolf.
In the next part, we’ll delve a bit more into the character’s background. With everything out in the open now, the third season promises intense conflict, thrilling events, and exciting journeys ahead.
The upcoming series will be divided into segments and will debut on a streaming platform starting from February 20 at midnight Pacific Time (PT) / 3 am Eastern Time (ET) on Amazon Prime Video. The initial three episodes of Reacher season 3 will kick off the series, while subsequent episodes will air weekly, with each new installment becoming available every Thursday, beginning February 27.
In Season 3 of Reacher, all eight episodes will be made available only on Amazon Prime Video. Subscribers can watch the entire season at no extra cost. This time around, Reacher delves into a criminal case linked to an import business while working incognito as a DEA agent.
At a glance, it appears to be just another typical case, but then Reacher discerns it’s connected to an old adversary from his past – someone with whom he has lingering matters unresolved. The third season is adapted from Lee Child’s seventh Jack Reacher novel, titled “Persuader.” Besides Ritchson, the series welcomes back Maria Sten who reappears as her character Frances Neagley from season 2.
In this new cast, Sonya Cassidy joins as a DEA colleague working alongside Reacher to solve the mystery. Brian Tee takes on the role of a former lieutenant colonel with ties to our hero’s past. On the other hand, Anthony Michael Hall is brought in to play a shrewd businessman acting as the primary antagonist for the season.
Mariah Robinson, Johnny Berchtold, Daniel David Stewart, among others, make up the full cast for season 3.
