Ray J is still pursuing his lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, alleging they were involved in criminal behavior, including racketeering.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the singer, famous for his 2005 song “Sexy Can I,” claims Kim Kardashian, 45, and Kris Jenner, 70, teamed up with Vivid Entertainment to falsely accuse him in a lawsuit, deceiving the public in the process.
Ray J claims Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have consistently participated in criminal and racketeering activities, repeatedly breaking the law under the RICO Act. He believes their actions are even more severe than the racketeering allegations made against Sean “Diddy” Combs in the recent federal trial.
Ray J alleges that Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner fraudulently charged $850,000 to his and his family’s accounts.
The legal battle started when Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner sued Ray J for defamation in October. Ray J then filed his own lawsuit in November, alleging that they were behind the 2007 leak of their private video. He claims he didn’t act alone in releasing the video and that Kardashian and Jenner worked with Vivid Entertainment to distribute it.
Ray J claims Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West falsely accused him of sexual assault on their Hulu show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. He says these accusations, along with claims of revenge pn and attempted extortion, resulted in a $6 million legal settlement that included a promise to not discuss the tape publicly. Ray J alleges that Kardashian, Jenner, West, and Kendall Jenner quickly broke the terms of this agreement.
Ray J claims he was forced to sign the agreement and that, after discussing the tape in a 2024 podcast, Kardashian’s lawyers tried to blackmail him.
Representatives for all parties involved have not yet responded to requests for comment.
