Regardless of its underperformance at the box office and Disney’s confirmation that “Snow White” was not successful, the film starring Rachel Zegler is reportedly set for a theatrical rerelease in more than 1200 cinemas this weekend.
Intriguingly, it’s worth noting that the box office success of Marvel’s “Thunderbolts” – still relatively new in its second week – is also a production of Disney.
Initially, it was believed that the theater run for Snow White was nearing its end, as it was only being screened in about 310 cinemas. However, recent news suggests that Disney is planning to bring back Snow White to over 1200 domestic theaters.

Disney’s film Snow White has earned approximately $86.1 million in the domestic market, $116.3 million internationally, and a total of $202.4 million worldwide. However, its production budget is believed to exceed $300 million, suggesting that Disney may have suffered a loss of at least $100 million from this production.
On Wednesday, Disney unveiled their quarterly investor report, revealing that my personal favorites, “Snow White” and “Marvel’s Captain America: Brave New World,” didn’t quite meet the box office expectations they had hoped for.
