‘Pretty Useful’: Henry Cavill Wants TO Bring Superman Into The Ministry Of Ungentlemanly Warfare Universe For Possible Crossover

Henry Cavill thinks Superman would fit in a World War II movie 

Henry Cavill is well-known for embodying masculinity in his acting roles. His portrayals in Man of Steel, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., and Mission: Impossible- Fallout have earned him great admiration from audiences. Recently, Cavill took on a new challenge in Guy Ritcie’s film, The Ministry Of Ungentlemanly Warfare.

In an exclusive interview with India Today, the actor, who stars in Enola Holmes 2, spoke openly alongside his fellow cast members Alex Pettyfer and Hero Fiennes Tiffin. The trio were interviewed by the publication.

In the enjoyable conversation that ensued, the three actors were queried about which of their past character roles they’d welcome to join them in their upcoming film for a multiverse collision, hypothetically speaking.

In response to that comment, the actor from “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” expressed his belief that Superman would have been quite beneficial during World War II.

He further went on to say that the war would have ended more easily if Superman was to step in. 

Pettyfer went on to mention that he’d introduce his Magic Mike character wearing only a thong. He’s an actor and model known for films like I Am Number Four and Endless Love. According to him, just the sight of him in a thong would be enough to scare people off.

In an similar vein, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, who portrayed young Voldemort in the renowned Harry Potter films, expressed his intent to embody the Dark Lord in a future project, contributing to a crossover.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is a film about a special British unit established by Winston Churchill to combat Nazi naval forces. The group’s members quickly bonded and enjoyed each other’s company during their conversations.

Before, Hero Fiennes Tiffin shared a amusing memory from their chats in the WhatsApp group named Scriptless Heroes, which they used to exchange messages with PEOPLE (the cast) earlier.

In addition to Cavill, Hero, and Pettyfer, the cast of the Guy Ritchie film includes Alan Ritchson, Eiza Gonzalez, Babs Olusanmokun, Henry Golding, and others.
