Post Malone’s Ex-Fiancée Hee Sung Park Seeks Full Custody of Daughter as Spilt Turns Ugly

Post Malone’s ex-fiancée, Jamie Park, has initiated a custody dispute regarding their three-year-old daughter. As per RadarOnline, the legal papers were filed in Los Angeles on April 18, requesting sole physical custody and court-ordered child support. Earlier, following their separation at the end of 2023, they had agreed to a shared 50/50 custody arrangement through their attorneys.

In her court submission, Hee Sung Park expressed a readiness to jointly hold legal responsibility for their child, but requested that the judge grant her sole physical custody. Additionally, she petitioned the court to establish financial support payments, and to issue an order for wage assignment without providing advance notice to either party.

2 days prior to Park submitting court documents in California, Post Malone also filed his own custody papers in Utah, their former residence. According to a source speaking to RadarOnline, Park’s decision to move to California was perceived as a strategic one.

A source revealed that he recognizes his life isn’t consistently stable enough for regular presence and feels his daughter is still too young to accompany him on tour.
