As a devoted enthusiast, I’m thrilled to be part of the legacy that is ANDIAL, a pioneering force in Porsche performance, established way back in 1975 by Arnold Wagner, Dieter Inzenhofer, and Alwin Springer. ANDIAL’s influence on the racetrack and street tuning scenes was nothing short of phenomenal. Their engines and vehicles dominated competitions across North America, with victories even in marathon events like the 24 Hours of Daytona. And let me tell you, their impact didn’t stop there! They paved the way for future generations of road-going Porsche models to embody that winning spirit.
Volker Holzmeyer, CEO of Porsche Motorsport North America, noted that the GT3 represents the link between Porsche’s racing technology and road cars in a manner similar to how ANDIAL integrated motorsport knowledge into street cars and racers. He further explained that the legacy of ANDIAL continues to captivate Porsche enthusiasts globally, making this livery an appropriate homage.
At the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur in Zuffenhausen, the Design Wrap package priced at $7,680 USD offers ANDIAL-inspired graphics, which can be further customized with optional racing numbers and personalized driver flag decals. Additionally, customers can select extra items like a painted key, a manual case adorned with the logo, and custom floor mats. The livery is immediately accessible via Porsche’s configurator, with plans for retrofit options for current GT3 owners to be offered in the future.
