Pokémon Horizons Part 4 Sets November 2024 Release; All We Know So Far

As someone who has been on this Pokémon journey since its humble beginnings on the Game Boy, I can’t contain my excitement for the upcoming release of Part 4 of Pokémon Horizons: The Series! The fact that we are venturing into uncharted territories with new characters and a more linear plot without many ties to previous series is truly exhilarating.

Netflix has disclosed the launch date for Pokémon Horizons: The Series Part 4, which is airing during its inaugural season at the moment. In Japan, the Japanese version of the series is slightly ahead due to a few additional episodes already released. However, the English dubbed version will be rolled out later in the year. According to Anime News Network, new installments will become accessible on November 22. The anime series is currently unfolding its third narrative arc, Terastal Debut, in Japan.

As a devoted fan, I’m excited to share that in 2022, we got the news about Pokémon Horizons: The Series, which chronicles my own Pokémon adventure. It made its debut in Japan in April 2023, and the English version hit screens in March 2024. This series introduces fresh characters alongside the return of Ikue Otani as everyone’s favorite electric mouse, Captain Pikachu. The English voice cast includes Alejandra Reynoso, Anjali Kunapaneni, and Crispin Freeman.

In Japan, new installments of “Pokemon Horizons: The Series” are being released weekly, while Netflix has been airing them on a quarterly basis. So far, there are three segments available for streaming, totaling 34 episodes. The third segment was recently released, and only the English dubbed version is accessible. Regarding the upcoming chapters of this Pokemon anime without Ash as the main character, The Pokemon Company offers a sneak peek at “Pokemon Horizons: The Series” by hinting that it will be an exciting new era in the Pokemon anime world.

A fresh journey in the expansive universe of Pokémon is about to unfold! Liko, a girl, lands at Indigo Academy where she gets her first companion Pokémon, Sprigatito. However, trouble arises when a secretive group called the Explorers start chasing her for a pendant necklace she possesses. Luckily, Liko isn’t alone as Friede, Captain Pikachu, and other members of the Rising Volt Tacklers provide her with protection aboard their airship. Meanwhile, there’s a boy named Roy who yearns to be a Pokémon Trainer, oblivious to the hidden secret in his Ancient Poké Ball. As Liko, Roy, and the Rising Volt Tacklers embark on their voyage towards uncharted territories, one can only wonder what incredible findings lie ahead!

In this show, Liko and Roy team up with a band of explorers called the Rising Volt Tacklers, venturing across different regions in the Pokémon universe, from Kanto to Paldea, as depicted in the main series. Meanwhile, Liko’s enigmatic pendant catches the attention of the secretive Explorers group, putting her in their crosshairs.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: In the latest installment of Pokémon anime, Pokémon Horizons: The Series, I find myself among an exciting new group of adventurers. One of them is Dot, a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers, who tags along with Liko and Roy on their journey to Naranja Academy. Here, we’ll learn to harness the Terastal phenomenon – a first for Pokémon anime! This series breaks new ground by introducing an entirely fresh set of characters and a more straightforward narrative, distancing itself from the ties of earlier Pokémon series.

Originating in Japan as a Game Boy game back in 1996, the Pokémon media franchise expanded to include an anime series that debuted in 2000. This animated show revolves around Ash Ketchum, a 10-year-old boy with aspirations of becoming a Pokémon expert, and his companion Pikachu. Since then, The Pokémon Company has produced numerous versions and spin-offs for every Nintendo handheld console.

The anime show is set to launch additional seasons, where Ash embarks on new adventures and discovers different places, while also producing movies centered around legendary or mythical Pokémon. The debut movie from 1999 garnered an average audience rating of 75% on Rotten Tomatoes. The concluding chapter for Ash aired in 2022, featuring the Masters Eight storyline. This episode was televised in Tokyo, transforming Ash’s final fight into a sporting spectacle. Although the series ended 25 years ago, it has persisted with an exciting cast of new characters.
