Having grown up watching these iconic superheroes come to life on screen, it’s truly heartwarming to know that the cast shared such camaraderie behind the scenes.

Jeremy Renner shared a cherished recollection from The Avengers film sets during an appearance at the Red Sea International Film Festival. While speaking to the audience, the actor reminisced about the enjoyable workdays when all his Marvel colleagues donned their individual superhero outfits and gathered together on set.

In an affectionate reminiscence, Renner, famously recognized for his portrayal of Hawkeye, shared a humorous incident from the filming of the initial Avengers installment, where the charismatic Tinseltown titan enacting a superhero character would amuse others by telling jokes and occasionally swapping their on-set props as a lighthearted pastime.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: During my chat at RSIFF about Marvel films, Jeremy Renner shared that choosing a favorite memory was tough because every moment with the cast was like a grand celebration. But if I had to pick one, it would be the thrilling day when we all donned our costumes and worked side by side as a team.

He further joked, “It was like a Halloween Party,” to which the audience burst into laughter. 

During his conversations at the film festival, the Marvel Cinematic Universe actor reminisced, “We all swap movie props. I’ve got Mjolnir (Thor’s hammer), and Hemsworth took my bow and arrow.” The upcoming Knives Out 3 actor went on to joke that they would frequently laugh and check each other’s muscles to ensure they were genuine.

Besides Jeremy Renner, the ensemble of Avengers features Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Holland, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and Paul Rudd. Through the passage of time, these talented individuals have nurtured a strong friendship with one another.

Looking back on our interactions, the actor reminisced about the times we shared a hearty laugh when Ruffalo would show up on set in his checkered pajamas and Hulk hands, since he was undergoing CGI transformation.

Regarding Jeremy Renner’s character in the Marvel universe, Hawkeye comes back home after which he decides to leave The Avengers team. Over six Marvel films, the actor brought to life the superhero role, appearing in Thor, The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Endgame, and Black Widow.
